When initially launching or resuming your Classroom Virtual Desktop you may encounter slight delay with the start menu and search bar results displaying.
- This is most often due to a delay in windows indexing after launch and will resolve itself shortly.
If it does not, check your indexing status with the instructions below or submit a ticket.
Pro Tip: Check your Virtual Desktops Index status with the following steps:
- Click on the Start Menu, scroll down and select "Windows System", "Control Panel"
- In control Panel, select the drop-down that says "View by: Category" and select "Large Icons"
- Select "Indexing Options" The indexing window should show indexing in progress or completed.
